Opening with the slideshow to explain the benefits and theory of building with hemp materials. This is also the time we will begin to get to know each other by introducing ourselves to the group.

Thursday 2:00pm to 5:00pmGet the site ready!

In addition to preparing our building site we will be learning all about hemp building history, safety and background of our movement. We will also begin to get to know each other. Be prepared to share with us why you came to our event. We will also get our first few batches of hempcrete installed.

Friday- 9:00am to 12:00pmOn the job application of hempcrete

Learn the process of building the forms, the recipes, mixing and installing.

Friday 12:00pm to 1:00pmHemp Healthy Lunch

Learn about healthy hemp food while you enjoy lunch.

Friday 1:00pm to 5:00pmWorking as a team

Now we all know how to do all the different jobs and we will hone our skills as we work on the wall application system.

6:00pm to 8:00pmDinner and Evening Presentation.

Saturday 9:00am to 12:00About floors and ceilings

We will study all of the different ways and places to install our system.

Saturday 1:00pm to 5:00pmPlaster and finishing

Here we will learn how to mix and apply the finish plaster to our wall. Closing Ceremony.
